Welcome to Ric Rojas Running

Program Features

  • Monthly Planning Conference.
A detailed monthly training schedule is developed within the context of the long-term plan. This monthly schedule includes all the day-to-day training details including weekly/daily mileage, running pace, intervals, strength and cross-training, and any other activities related to performance running. The ensuing four-week training plan is designed based on the results of the previous four weeks, and so forth.
  • Long-term Running Plan
The coach and the athlete jointly design a long-term running plan at the first planning session. The plan encompasses at least one-year and provides the context for month-to-month training and competition cycles. The plan is reviewed every four weeks, and updated to reflect any lifestyle or health changes that typically occur in the athlete’s life.
